Scottish belly pork seasoned with rosemary and fennel seeds served with roasted potatoes and vegetables

Spigola al limone e capperi
Pan fried sea bass fillet flavoured by a light and tasty lemon and cappers sauce served with roasted potatoes and deep fried courgettes

Penne vodka e salmone
Penne pasta cooked with smoked Scottish salmon and vodka in a creamy sauce
